Module 5: “Emotional Intelligence for Managers”
People skills, communications and soft skills are more important than ever to build a people based consultative selling approach that maximizes the buyer journey for every prospect and gives you trust, respect and value in your business relationships. Particiapants will learn how to use the 5 Pillars of Emotional Intelligence to know themselves as leaders and to read others and situations to adapt to work with all types of people and all types of things to achieve business goals.
This class explores how Coaching is a critical part of managing and developing people and will cover strategies and techniques to make you a better coach and better manager. Participants will learn how to lead and not control, how to attract their people to goals.
